Jessica Simpson and Vivica A. Fox’s Dinner Date

Jessica Simpson took a break from her busy on-set schedule for Major Movie Star by heading out for dinner with co-star and gal pal, Vivica A. Fox.

The two spent Saturday night (September 1) enjoying the food at Ruth’s Chris Steak House. And while Jessica showed off her toned body in a slim fitting white ensemble, her handbag stole the show.

The 27-year-old Dukes of Hazzard babe carried around a metallic Yves Saint Laurent Mombasa bag, featuring an authentic deer horn handle. Yes, a real deer horn (we’re sure the people at PETA are smiling).

As far as Major Movie Star is concerned, the plot is described as: “When fluffy, bubble gum movie star Megan Parker suddenly finds herself broke and humiliated in the public eye, she wanders from the wreckage of a car accident and witlessly enlists in the U.S. Army hoping in vain that it will change her life.”

And while they still have some time together on-set, look for the Simpson/Fox friendship to continue well after filming ends. The Kill Bill actress recently said of Jessica, “She (is) so much of a team player. She (is) gracious and so down to earth.”
