She's currently enjoying success with her first foray into country music (her new single is called Come on Over), and Jessica Simpson looks as happy as ever.

The former Newlywed was spotted leaving the Gramercy Hotel in New York City last night on her way to the chic Manhattan restaurant Nobu.

And she looked absolutely radiant in a canary yellow strapless just-below-the-knee-length dress with a pair of matching open-toe heels and a multi-colored clutch.

Obviously absent from the scene was her Dallas Cowboys sweetheart Tony Romo, who Jess commented was "at football practice." Once he sees these pics he'll definitely wish he was in NYC!
