Angelina Jolie has topped Empireonline.com's poll of the top '100 Sexiest Movie Stars Ever.' The Tomb Raider star (Angelina Jolie) beat V For Vendetta actress Natalie Portman to bag the number one spot, earlier held by Keira Knightley.

More than 20,000 people visited the movie magazine's website to cast their votes, with no curbs on whether the star was still in the business. At number two is Natalie Portman.

Some of Hollywood's legendary stars also featured in the list, with Marilyn Monroe coming 14th, Clark Gable 50th, Gilda star Rita Hayworth 59th, and Lauren Bacall 71st.

At number three is current James Bond, Daniel Craig.

Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe defeated James McAvoy, Keanu Reeves and Ewan McGregor land at number 23.

At number four is Fantastic Four's Jessica Alba.

Daniel Radcliffe's co-star Emma Watson beat the likes of Charlize Theron, Rachel Weisz and Rosario Dawson to bag the 26th place.

At number five is Pirates of the Caribbean, Johnny Depp.
